1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tradingstocks.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

tradingstocks.ai provides automated momentum-based trading strategy execution on users' connected brokerage accounts. The Service executes rules-based portfolio rebalancing on your behalf according to the strategy you select. We do not provide personalised investment advice.

3. Subscription

Access to strategy execution requires an active paid subscription at $29.99 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Investment Risk Disclaimer

All investing involves risk. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of the money you invest. The strategies offered by tradingstocks.ai are based on quantitative rules and do not account for your individual financial situation, tax obligations, or risk tolerance.

tradingstocks.ai is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made through your connected brokerage account.

5. Alpaca Brokerage Integration

The Service connects to your Alpaca brokerage account via OAuth. By connecting your account, you authorise tradingstocks.ai to place trades on your behalf according to your selected strategy. You may revoke access at any time through Alpaca's account settings or by disconnecting within tradingstocks.ai. Brokerage services are provided by Alpaca Securities LLC, not by tradingstocks.ai.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, circumvent any brokerage terms of service, or engage in market manipulation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tradingstocks.ai shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any connected brokerage account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your subscription will be cancelled and brokerage access revoked.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tradingstocks.ai operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
